Job Descriptions
1. จัดเรียงข้อมูลตามเอกสารเพื่อเตรียมเช็ค Flight, เช็ค Flight
2. บันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบ และประสานงานกับ CS
3. ทำ Plan งานด่วน, ทำ Plan งานเพื่อตามเอกสาร D/O, ทำ Plan งานจ่ายค่า OT ด่าน
4. ประสานงานด้านเอกสารภายในองค์กร
5. ตรวจเช็คเอกสารที่ดำเนินการเคลียร์สินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้ถูกต้องตรงกันในแต่ละวัน
6. สรุปเก็บข้อมูลประจำวันให้ครบถ้วน สั่งพิมพ์เอกสารเพื่อใช้ตามใบเสร็จค่า D/O ในวันต่อไป
7. สรุปค่าใช้จ่ายในการเคลียร์สินค้าออกจากคลังที่สนามบินทุกวัน
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวช. ถึง ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
- มีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
