Job Descriptions
Training Development: - Setting a course and report to Department of Skill Development (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน) for workers. - Create activities to encourage employees to attend online training for hard skills and soft skills. - Follow up monthly online for new coming and after probation training - Survey for feedback or career effectives related to staff retention. - Collaborate with another department for set up and record internal and external training of staff/internship. - Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions. - Monitor training budget. - Control and submission of certification courses to the Department of Skill Development. (ยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานและยื่น สท.2) Engagement Activities - Creating programs that encourage employee engagement or increasing the overall happiness of employees in their company. - CSR for handle yearly staff activities, staff party, annual trip, all staff reward.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Humana Resource Management or any filed related
  2. Experience 7 years up in Human Resources and HR training
  3. Good in reading, writing & speaking English for coordinate with HR expat
  4. Can work independently, no staff support and report to Manager.
  5. Background design training for executive level up to management and coordinate with external professional for training program
