Job Descriptions
• Manage and oversee the AR team to ensure invoices and payments are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Review and approve invoices and payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze documents and reports for management.
• Implement and maintain effective policies and procedures.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth invoice and payment processes.
• Provide training and support to team
• Stay up to date with accounting regulations and best practices.
• Able to use Navision program.
• Able to do report and present in English. (upper intermediate level)
• Working hour: Mon-Fri (8.30-17.30 hrs.)
• Allowances: cost of living, transportation, meal, group insurance, bonus etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in AR role in management level
- Strong in Navision program
- Strong knowledge in Accounting function
