Job Descriptions
-ทำงานร่วมกับหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์และช่องทางจัดจำหน่ายเพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ -เป็นตัวแทนฝ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ในคณะกรรมการบริหารการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ และในทีมโครงการเพื่อรับประกันความสำเร็จในการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ -สนับสนุนกระบวนการยื่นขออนุมัติผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อ คปภ. (OIC Filing) -ประเมินเบี้ยประกัน เบี้ยคอมมิชชั่น และผลกำไรเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางการเงิน -ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายการตลาด ช่องทางขาย และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อระบุเป้าหมายลูกค้าและกำหนดข้อเสนอของผลิตภัณฑ์ -ตรวจสอบเอกสารสัญญากรมธรรม์ เช่น Product Specification, Policy Contract, Endorsements -จัดทำแผนเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมกับช่องทางจัดจำหน่ายและ PMO -จัดเตรียมประกาศผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมกับฝ่ายกฎหมาย, ตัวแทน, การเคลม ฯลฯ และจัดเตรียมสื่อการตลาด -จัดทำสไลด์อบรมเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ และจัดการกระบวนการอนุมัติ
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย,หญิง
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาคณิตศาสตร์ประกันภัย, สถิติ, การเงิน, การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ 7-10 ปีในธุรกิจประกันหรือการเงิน (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ประกันภัย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
  5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ อ่าน เขียน ในระดับดี
  6. สัญญาจ้าง 6 เดือน มีต่อสัญญาและโอกาสในการปรับบรรจุ
