•Manage and control expenses and costs in line with established targets, actively identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives. •Oversee and maintain quality standards, ensuring that all products meet established quality targets. •Supervise production processes, ensuring production volume aligns with established targets. •Accurately record and promptly report any operational issues or challenges to senior management. •Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in workplace safety. •Ensure awareness of environmental sustainability and integrate environmentally friendly practices into operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Textiles or a related field.
A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in the textiles industry.
At least 7-10 years of management experience with a strong focus on leadership and team management
Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for effective reporting to Japanese management.
Extensive experience in the textiles field, particularly in the weaving process, with expertise in filament weaving.
