Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินด้านการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ 2. พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิต 3. ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อปรับปรุง 4. จัดการทีมการผลิตและตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ 5. ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ 6. ตรวจสอบและรายงานตัวชี้วัดการผลิต เช่น ต้นทุน ประสิทธิภาพ ของเสีย และผลผลิต 7. เก็บรักษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมด้านการผลิต 8. วิเคราะห์สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงในกระบวนการผลิตและพัฒนาแผนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว 9. ตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิต 10. จัดทำและจัดส่งรายงานให้ผู้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. จบวุฒฺการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (Food Science)
  2. หากมีประสบการณ์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีประสบการณ์ การทำงาน
  4. มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี, มีความสามารถในการปรับตัว และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. วางแผนในการทำงาน
  6. เพศหญิง อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office Word, Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. เรียนรู้งานได้ไว มีความรับผิดชอบ และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. มีทักษะในการเจรจา ประสานงาน
  10. มีความสามารถในการประสานงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
