Job Descriptions
• ดำเนินการทดสอบการปล่อยเลนส์ (Lens Release Testing) ตามขั้นตอนและข้อกำหนดที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ
-บันทึกผลการทดสอบทั้งหมดอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา ในระบบของบริษัทและเอกสารที่กำหนด
- รายงานความผิดปกติ และ/หรือ ผลการทดสอบที่ล้มเหลวให้หัวหน้างานทราบ และช่วยในการสอบสวนหาสาเหตุ
- ปฏิบัติตามแนวทาง GDP (Good Documentation Practice) และมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงานประจำวัน
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการทดสอบเลนส์เสร็จสิ้นตามแผน
• ดูแลให้การสอบเทียบ (Calibration) และการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ทดสอบและอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ในแผนก
• สนับสนุนการเตรียมตัวอย่าง และการตรวจสอบด้วยสายตา (Visual Inspection) หากได้รับมอบหมาย
• เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมและการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ดำเนินโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่า ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ วิศวกรรม เทคนิคการแพทย์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA / ห้อง Cleanroom / ISO 13485 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ (MS Word, Excel)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน (สามารถอ่านขั้นตอนการทำงานและเขียนบันทึกผลการทดสอบได้)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
