Job Descriptions
- ดูแลระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน IT เช่น Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) - แก้ไขปัญหาและบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์, เครือข่าย และระบบปฏิบัติการที่ใช้งานในองค์กร - ดำเนินการ Preventive Maintenance และจัดทำแผนงานการบำรุงรักษาระบบ - จัดการและดูแล Centralized Log, การสร้าง Dashboard & Alerts สำหรับการแจ้งเตือนระบบ - ดูแลระบบ WIFI Authentication โดยใช้ RADIUS - ดูแลและสนับสนุนระบบ Linux ทั้งในด้านการติดตั้ง, กำหนดค่า, การอัปเดต, การจัดการสิทธิ์ และการดูแลระบบเครือข่าย - วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค รวมถึงการ On-call support - ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานและผู้ใช้งานภายในเพื่อให้ระบบมีความเสถียรและปลอดภัย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง System Engineer หรือ IT Infrastructure Support ในด้านต่อไปนี้
  3. Active Directory (AD) (1-3 ปี)
  4. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Direcotry) (1-2 ปี)
  5. Microsoft Windows (1-3 ปี)
  6. มีความขำนาญในการใช้ System Management Tool, Operating System (Windows, Linux, etc.) และ Network Protocals ต่างๆ
  7. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การทำงานเป็นทีม ทัศนคติเชิงบวก เรียนรู้และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
  8. มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหา และ สามารถทำงาน under high pressure
  9. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับ WIFI Authentication with Radius
  10. มีความรู้และสามารถดำเนินการจัดการ Centralize log และสร้าง Dashboard Alerts ได้
  11. มีความรู้และสามารถในการทำ Preventive Maintenance Activities plan
  12. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ คำสั่งพื้นฐาน ระบบปฏิบัติการ Linux ได้
  13. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการตั้งค่าและแก้ไขปัญหาเครือข่าย เช่น การตั้งค่า IP, DNS, Firewall, และการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย
  14. หากมี Certificate ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่จะให้บริการ เช่น CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
