ดูแลและตอบแชทลูกค้าทางเพจ Facebook, Line OA และแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ
อัปเดตเนื้อหา/โพสต์ บนเพจเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และคอร์สการศึกษาออนไลน์ Edupluz
ประสานงานภายในทีม เช่น ทีมขาย ทีมการตลาด
จัดการเอกสารเบื้องต้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า เช่น รายชื่อลูกค้า, ข้อมูลคอร์ส
ช่วยดูแลระบบหลังบ้าน เช่น ระบบจองคอร์ส หรือฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า
งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ (รับทั้งผู้หญิงและผู้ชาย)
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการพิมพ์และสื่อสารที่ดี ใช้ คะ/ค่ะ ถูกต้อง
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องมือออนไลน์ได้ดี เช่น Google Drive, Line OA, Facebook Page
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือการศึกษาออนไลน์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
