Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: -Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the sake portfolio across key market segments Identify and pursue new business opportunities Set, track, and report on sales targets and key performance indicators -Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with sommeliers, F&B managers, chefs, distributors, and retailers Conduct sake tastings, menu consultations, and staff training sessions Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale follow-up -Channel Development Expand sake distribution in fine dining, hotels, bars, and specialty retail Negotiate listings, activations, and long-term partnerships with accounts Stay updated on competitor products and market trends -Reporting & Forecasting Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to align campaigns and manage stock Monitor pricing, margin, and profitability of each account -Education & Events Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and sake festivals Educate trade partners and consumers on sake categories, production methods, and food pairings Support brand activations such as pop-up events, sake pairing dinners, and collaborations
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the beverage, alcohol, or F&B sector
  3. Deep interest in Japanese culture, food, and beverages; sake certification is a plus
  4. Strong network in the HORECA industry
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  6. Fluent in Thai and English; Japanese language skills are a plus
  7. Willing to travel and attend evening/weekend events as needed
