1. พูด เขียน อ่าน แปลเอกสารต่าง ๆ ของฝ่ายธุรการ
2. พาคนจีน เช่น หัวหน้าหรือผู้จัดการฝ่าย ไปติดต่อราชการ ติดต่อเรื่องที่พัก เป็นต้น
3. ทำตารางเข้า-ออกงาน ของพนักงาน
4. ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในสำนักงาน
5. ดูแลการจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน
6. มีความกระตือรืนร้นอยากเรียนรู้งานใหม่ๆ ช่วยติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างแผนกได้ดี
7. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่ระบุ
- ปริญญาตรี / สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
- อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office Excel , Word และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีผลสอบวัดระดับ SHK
