Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้บัญชีประเภทต่างๆ และจัดทำใบเสร็จ 2. ตรวจสอบการออกและบันทึกใบกำกับภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 3. ดำเนินการธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคารและการชำระเงินผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ตลอดจนดูแลให้การดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน และเอกสารต่างๆให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน 4. กระทบยอดบัญชีอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เคลียร์ยอดหนี้และการชำระหนี้ให้ทันเวลา หากมีความคลาดเคลื่อนให้ตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุ 5. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกการเข้า-ออกของสินค้าประเภทต่างๆ ตรวจนับสต๊อกสิ้นเดือนเพื่อให้ตรงกับบัญชี 6. จัดเรียงและเข้าเล่มเอกสารบัญชีประจำเดือน เก็บรักษาข้อมูลและเอกสารทางการเงินอย่างปลอดภัยและครบถ้วน 7. ดำเนินการจัดซื้อสินค้าทั่วไป และจัดทำข้อมูลที่จำเป็นให้กับแผนกอื่นๆ ของบริษัทเป็นระยะ 8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี และมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 1-3 ปี
  2. สามารถฟัง-พูดภาษาจีนได้ดี
  3. มีความเข้าใจในนโยบายการเงินของรัฐ และกฎระเบียบด้านบัญชีและภาษี
  4. ใช้งานโปรแกรมสำนักงานและซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
  5. บุคลิกภาพร่าเริง มีทัศนคติในการทำงานที่จริงจัง มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้สูง มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และมีความรอบคอบในงานที่ทำ
