Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Working in customer service position for over 5 working years (packaging industry is a plus).
- Multitasking capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Written and verbal in English or Chinese as 2nd language is required
