ㆍBase salary 18K not include ( Diligence Allowance, Commission,

ㆍBuild a positive relationship with Customers, ensuring that all
inquiry, request, complaints, technical issues are responded
properly via Live Chat
ㆍCreate and maintain record of daily contact reasons from
customers to database
ㆍFollow up customers tickets via outbound call / email subject to
customers' requirement and as needed
ㆍManage upselling, cross-selling, retention, and etc.
ㆍ5 days/week (8AM-8PM)
