Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลประสานงานกับลูกค้าในส่วนของงาน Customer Service 2.รับและตอบคำถามลูกค้าในช่องทางโทรศัพท์ และแชท ผ่านระบบของบริษัท 3.ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมภายใน เพื่อแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้า 4.บันทึกข้อมูล และสรุปผลลัพธ์การทำงานของทีม 5.ดูแลช่วยเหลืองานอื่นๆตามมอบหมาย 6.ตรวจสอบรายการคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า 7.ประสานงานนำส่งออเดอร์กับพาร์ทเนอร์ขับรถ ร้านค้าและลูกค้า 8.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สนใจสมัคร สามารถลงข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ https://forms.office.com/r/nVJME641mE
Qualifications
  1. ทำงานเป็นกะได้ วันหยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์ อาทิตย์ (ทำงาน 5-6 วันต่อสัปดาห์) แล้วแต่ตารางงาน
  2. ใช้ภาษาลาวได้ดี ได้ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ค่าภาษาเพิ่ม
  3. อาศัยอยู่โซนอุบลราชธานี หรือสามารถเดินทางมาทำงานที่ อ.เมืองได้
  4. จบปวส. หรือสูงกว่า
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
  6. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
