Job Descriptions
1.ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ตลาดเพื่อหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ ในภาคอสังหาริมทรัพย์ให้เช่า เช่น หอพัก ตลาด และพื้นที่เชิงพาณิชย์ 2.สร้างและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับเจ้าของทรัพย์สิน, ลูกค้า, พันธมิตร และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ/เอกชน 3.วางแผนและเสนอแนวทางการขยายธุรกิจทั้งในด้านพื้นที่ใหม่ หรือกลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่ ร่วมกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ (Market Expansion & Partner Onboarding) 4.ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Product, Marketing และ Tech เพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มที่ตอบโจทย์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 5.ติดตามผลและรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเติบโตของธุรกิจ 6.นำเสนอไอเดียเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้หรือเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับพื้นที่ภายใต้การบริหารของบริษัท 7.สนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตลาด, การแข่งขัน และ Insight จากผู้ใช้งานจริง
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุระหว่าง 24–32 ปี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาธุรกิจ, การตลาด, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ตลาด และมองเห็นโอกาสทางธุรกิจในเชิงภาพรวม
  4. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทันต่อเทคโนโลยี เข้าใจธุรกิจเชิง Digital และ Platform-based
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานดีเยี่ยม กล้าคิดกล้าแสดงออก สามารถเจรจาต่อรองและสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงทางธุรกิจ และสร้างเครือข่าย (Networking)
  6. สามารถเดินทางไปพื้นที่จริงเพื่อสำรวจ/ติดต่อผู้ประกอบการได้
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เทคโนโลยี หรือ Startup จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Business Development, Sales, Commercial หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง (จะพิจารณเป็นพิเศษ)
