Job Descriptions

•Assume the role of program leader in the new product launches. •Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, engineering and manufacturing and other related departments to ensure the new program can be successfully implemented according to the timeframe. •Responsible for installation and acceptance of machines, production equipment, tooling, process and software evolution. •Ensure safety is involved and validate any new technologies or set-up of processes. •Ensure all the technical teams (Maintenance, Production Engineers, Quality, etc) are well trained to support the new program and any new technology. •Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards. •Support the technical skills training by animating various sessions of training. •Engage in the continuous improvement of production processes and design methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering.
At least 7 years of experience as a NPI Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Project Engineer or relevant field.
Good command of English both writing and speaking. Chinese will be an advantage.
Background in production line set up, new machine installation, new machine and/or new process validation.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing process concepts.
Problem solving skills, with an ability to see potential problems early and build in suitable contingencies.
Good communication skills, analytical thinking and prioritization.
