Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบการติดตั้ง ปรับเครื่อง และการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรทำงานได้ตามปกติ 2.ซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์: รับผิดชอบการติดตั้ง การถอดแม่พิมพ์ และการตรวจสอบประจำวันเพื่อให้แม่พิมพ์ใช้งานได้ตามปกติ 3.แก้ไขข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการหล่อแบบ เช่น การเกิดขอบที่ไม่ต้องการ รูพรุน การหดตัว หรือสิ่งเจือปนต่าง ๆ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต 4.ปฏิบัติตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้แม่พิมพ์ทำงานในสภาพดี 5. และงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอาชีวะ/มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือสูงกว่า, สาขาวิชาเกี่ยวกับการผลิตเครื่องจักร การออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ หรือวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล/ไฟฟ้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  2. ประสบการณ์การปรับเครื่องหล่อแบบ หรือซ่อมแซมแม่พิมพ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. สามารถเข้าใจโครงสร้างและเทคนิคการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์หล่อแบบได้ดี และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาแม่พิมพ์ได้รวดเร็ว
  4. คุ้นเคยกับโครงสร้าง วิธีการปรับเครื่องและกระบวนการบำรุงรักษาของเครื่องหล่อแบบ
  5. ตรงต่อเวลา
  6. แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
