ธุรกิจ บริการด้านอสังหา
ทำงานใกล้ BTS ศาลาแดง หรือ MRT สีลม (เดินทางได้ 2 ทาง) บริษัทสามารถจากสถานีได้
ทำงาน 6 วัน หยุดไม่ตรง เสาร์ อาทิตย์
09.00 - 18.00 น.
หน้าที่
- แจ้งข้อมูลเบื้องต้นและรับเรื่องต่างๆ ที่แจ้งเข้ามาจากลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทาง Chat, LINE OA, Phone Call เป็นต้น
- ประสานงานกับทีมแม่บ้าน ช่าง หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับการเตรียมพร้อมให้เข้าพักอสังหา
- รับเรื่องต่างๆจากลูกค้า และประสานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สรุปบิล ค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ ของผู้เช่าอสังหา
- ช่วยทีมภายในจัดทำฟอร์มเอกสารสัญญาต่างๆ
Qualifications
- เพศ ญ อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Reception โรงแรม หรือ พนักงานต้อนรับ หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
