Job Descriptions
•ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงาน (ประกาศงาน นัดสัมภาษณ์ ฯลฯ) •จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการจ้างงาน สัญญา และข้อมูลพนักงาน •ดูแลระบบเวลาเข้างาน การลางาน และการบันทึกเวลาทำงาน •จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนด้านบุคคล และเอกสารส่งประกันสังคม •ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับงานบุคคล งานธุรการ •จัดเตรียมเอกสารทั่วไปของสำนักงาน เช่น ใบขอซื้อ, บันทึกข้อความ, หนังสือราชการ •ติดต่อประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ และงานสนับสนุนทั่วไปในออฟฟิศ •ดูแลทรัพย์สินสำนักงาน และจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น •ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง / ชาย อายุ 24 – 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล, รัฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน HR หรือธุรการ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. มีความเข้าใจในกฎหมายแรงงาน และประกันสังคมเบื้องต้น
  5. ใช้ MS Office (Word, Excel) ได้ดี
  6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี และสามารถประสานงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  7. ละเอียด รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
