Job Descriptions
1. Control and monitor trucking costs.
2. Track delivery plans and schedules.
3. Record OT / overnight charges, and coordinate with the customer service team.
4. Check monthly invoices from trucking suppliers.
5. Source and recommend qualified new trucking suppliers.
6. Handle trucking accidents and visit the scene if necessary.
7. Visit customer warehouses to investigate issues when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transportation management within a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry.
- Experience with union contracts and government transportation regulations preferred.
- Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Good conflict resolution skills.
- Can communication in Thai - English and/or Chinese preferred.
