Job Descriptions

- Handle the declaration process for importing materials and equipment to ensure compliance. - Update and maintain BOI project data to ensure accuracy. - Submit annual progress reports for BOI projects to ensure compliance with BOI regulations. - Manage BOI privilege cancellations and tax exemption refunds to ensure the company operates within compliance. - Interpret and apply BOI-related policies of the Thailand Board of Investment to ensure company projects meet BOI requirements. - Monitor BOI policy changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly to support decision-making. - Conduct internal training and advocacy on BOI policies to enhance team understanding and application. - Update and maintain data in the BOI system, including materials, equipment, and project progress. - Compile import and export reports, providing monthly relevant data. - Communicate and coordinate with BOI and relevant government agencies to maintain good relations and ensure project smoothness. - Collaborate closely with internal departments such as finance, procurement, sales, import/export, equipment, production, and warehouse, as well as external partners, to handle customs clearance, tax refunds, and other matters. - Coordinate waste management and equipment repairs related to BOI projects. - Prepare required documents for BOI applications and assist in the coordination process. - Update, maintain, and optimize BOI documentation to ensure compliance. - Liaise effectively with import/export regulatory agencies for document submission and certification. - Assist in handling unexpected situations during import/export operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

Thai nationality.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in BOI processes (experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage).
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Thailand and English, Thailand and Chinese or ,if you are good at all the three language, it is better.
