Job Descriptions
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials
• Contact and coordinate with Supplier
• Create and issue sales tracking documentation
• Communicate with other departments and provide data to senior management
• Help develop marketing materials and promotional activities
• Prepare and maintain sales records and reports
Qualifications
- Male or Female / Age 22-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or related field
- English communication skills (basic to good in reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience 1-2 years in Sales Coordinator
- Welcome new graduate
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline & commitment
- Proficiency in MS.Office
