Job Descriptions
-Responsible for IT Technical Solutions activity, design, follow and make products and solutions to achieve customer’s requirement. -Provide input for TOR and RFP responses, scope of work including the effort estimate, project team, timeline, implementation methodology and solution components. -Prepare bidding document to support the bidding project, including designing, technical proposal writes up, SOC, contract negotiation & documentation etc. -Analyze customer requirement, design corresponding solution-Create and find out solutions, suppliers and partner to meet requirement. -Technical presentation and report for customers. -Cooperate with project management team, implementation team and other parties.
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female, age more than 25 years old.
  2. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in IT or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, MIS, or related fields.
  3. At least 3-5 years’ experience in IT Technical Solutions, preferably in Government customer.
  4. Experience in ICT industry, Technical kills, Software, System and Network Technology.
  5. Very good problem solving, negotiation, presentation and communication skill.
  6. Good written and verbal English communication.
  7. Excellence in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
