หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ สำรวจโลเคชั่นคอนโด จัดระเบียบข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ซัพพอร์ตเซลล์ ทำสัญญาเช่า เช็คห้องก่อนลูกค้าย้ายเข้า พาลูกค้าเยี่ยมชมห้องพร้อมเซลล์ ประสานงานกับเอเจนซี่บริษัทอื่นๆ เพื่อสอบถามเรื่องค่าคอมมิสชั่น ดูแลบริการหลังการขาย เช่นแจ้งซ่อมต่างๆ ยื่นเอกสารแจ้งเข้าที่พักชาวต่างชาติ อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
  2. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
  3. มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี อัธยาศัยดี
  4. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบขับขี่
  5. มีทัศนคติที่ดี
  6. เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว
  7. สามารถตัดแต่งรูปหรือวิดีโอได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว
