Manage and supervise daily operations of all franchise outlets to ensure consistency in service quality and brand standards. 2. Develop and maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all stores. 3. Collaborate with training teams to onboard and upskill franchisees and store staff. 4.Monitor and control food & beverage cost (COGS), inventory management, and supply chain coordination. 5.Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess operations, hygiene, customer service, and adherence to standards. 6.Analyze sales performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements. 7.Support franchisees in solving day-to-day challenges and ensuring business sustainability. 8.Work with the marketing team to implement seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. 9.Plan and support new store openings and expansions as part of the franchise growth strategy. 10.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding operations and franchise performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations within the F&B industry, preferably with franchise or multi-store management experience.
Strong knowledge of franchise operations, business models, and franchisee support systems.
Hands-on experience in beverage retail (coffee shops, tea brands, juice bars, etc.).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills – especially with franchisees and frontline staff.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic ERP tools.
Willingness to travel frequently to store locations.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
