1. ควบคุมการให้บริการงานซ่อมบำรุง/งานเชื่อมในอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมี
2. เสนอราคา และควบคุมงบประมาณ
3. แก้ไข และรับฟังปัญหาในส่วนงานที่รับผิดชอบ
4. สร้างกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร
5. มีส่วนร่วมในการผลักดันฝันขององค์กร
Qualifications
- หัวก้าวหน้า เท่าทันยุคสมัย
- พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ด้วยการลงมือทำ
- อ่านแบบ หรือเขียนแบบ Piping workได้
- อ่าน/เขียนภาษาอังกฤษระดับปานกลางขึ้นไป
- มีภาวะผู้นำ
- รักการทำงานเป็นทีม
- เชื่อในหลักประชาธิปไตยในองค์กร
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านปิโตรเคมมีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
