Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Order Management: Oversee and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, addressing any order-related issues. • Coordination with Quality Assurance Department: Coordinate with the QA department to schedule product inspections and address quality-related issues. • Test Report Follow-up: Follow up and ensure the delivery of test reports from the QA department to customers as required. • Sales Report Preparation: Prepare sales reports and track orders with delivery deadlines, ensuring product delivery time. • Document Preparation: Prepare and process customer-required documentation as requested. • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective prioritization skills.
  5. Experience working collaboratively with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
  6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (such as Salesforce or similar platforms)
