Job DescriptionsMarketplace Management:
• Manage and optimize E-store campaigns such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc. to increase online sales
• Manage and grow brand awareness through content creation, posting schedules, and performance analysis for Line Official Account to drive engagement and customer retention.
• Build brand visibility on TikTok by creating engaging content, hosting live streams to showcase products, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Monitor and analyze E-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep our strategies active.
Work Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with outsourced E-Commerce Enabler to manage operations, including defining product stock, and managing customer service inquiries and FAQs
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms
Customer Support:
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback to improve the overall shopping experience
