Job Descriptions
• Manage end-to-end software development projects from initiation through delivery. • Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Conduct regular project meetings including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or others to track progress and team performance. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, expectation alignment, and stakeholder satisfaction. • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts within the team or project that may impact deliverables. • Provide regular project status updates to both internal stakeholders and clients. 🎉Welfare benefits 💚 Hybrid working 💚 วันหยุดประจำปี 15 วันต่อปี 💚 Snack and drink office 💚 ประกันสุขภาพกลุ่ม 💚 ประกันสังคม
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality only
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  3. 2–5 years of experience in managing software or digital projects.
  4. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  5. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English.
