Job Descriptions
-Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management -Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality -Recruit, train, and manage a professional team to achieve service excellence -Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies -Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet financial goals -Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth and efficient service -Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events -Manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions -Maintain hygiene, safety, and legal compliance at all times -Report to ownership or upper management with operational updates and strategic plans
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience managing high-end, stand-alone restaurants Strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills
  2. Passion for Japanese cuisine and mixology
  3. Ability to build and lead a top-performing team
  4. Understand Phuket market
  5. Must have previous experience in Thailand
