Job Descriptions
1. บริหารจัดการตารางงานและนัดหมายของทีมบริหาร 2. จัดการเอกสารและข้อมูลของฝ่าย 3. ทำงานธุรการ 4. งานสรรหาบุคลากร งานฝึกอบรม 5. งานยื่นประมูล E-bidding, จัดเตรียมเอกสาร, ทำหนังสือราชการต่างๆ 6. นำประชุมกับคู่ค้าประจำเดือน 7. Document Control ระบบ ISO17025 และ ISO13485 8. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านฝ่ายบุคคลหรืองานเลขา 1 ปี เป็นอย่างต่ำ
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีทักษะด้านการนำเสนองานในที่ประชุม คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไง
  4. มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีมาก มีความคล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว
  5. ทำงานได้หลายหลายหน้าที่ โดยใช้เวลาที่เหมาะสม รับผิดชอบงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. ขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่
  7. ทัศนคติเชิงบวก ปรับตัวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
  8. ประสบการณ์ด้านงาน เลขา-ฝ่ายบุคคล พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะ Excel , Word , Powerpoint
