Job Descriptions
- Maintain and develop the safety, occupational health, and environmental management system in the workplace.
- Assess risks and propose hazard prevention measures in the production process.
- Develop safety manuals and safe work procedures.
- Inspect working conditions and safety equipment.
- Conduct safety training for employees.
- Investigate accidents and report findings.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience working in safety in an industrial factory (experience in an electronics factory will be a plus).
- Knowledge and understanding of safety laws and standards.
- Skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Basic computer proficiency.
