Job Descriptions
- รับเรื่องประสานงานกับลูกค้าและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนการขายและบริการลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการส่งมอบสินค้า และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย
- ตรวจรับบิลขายจากทีมขนส่งสินค้า
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีไหวพริบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
