Job Descriptions
1. Inspect outsourced parts according to inspection standards, make accurate judgments and disposals based on the results, and continuously supervise the supplier's quality improvement, and promote continuous improvement; 2. Accurately and completely record various inspection data, establish and maintain quality inspection files, regularly summarize and analyze inspection data, and provide data support for quality improvement; 3. 5M1E monitoring of suppliers, rapid response and disposal of abnormalities to ensure stable process quality; 4. Responsible for product quality control throughout the entire production process from sample to mass production, seeking to improve product quality through testing, control and process improvement.
Qualifications
  1. High school degree or above, two years or more of quality management experience in Home appliances; proficient in using office software;
  2. Familiar with the relevant requirements of ISO-9001 system; master the use of QC7 major techniques and tools;
  3. Be able to correctly identify drawings and be proficient in using calipers, angle rulers, micrometers, height gauges and other general testing instruments;
