Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for quality inspection, measurement and corresponding performance testing of products before shipment according to inspection standards, make accurate judgments and disposals based on the results, and continuously monitor process quality, and promote continuous improvement; 2. Assist customers in signing samples, factory inspection, and auditing, establish maintenance records for measuring instruments, and conduct daily inspections to ensure the normal operation of equipment; 3. Accurately and completely record various inspection data, establish and maintain quality inspection files, regularly summarize and analyze inspection data, and provide data support for quality improvement; 4.Record and feedback of problems encountered by customers when signing samples and manage sealed samples; 5. Assist the supervisor to conduct batch screening and processing of customer feedback and complaints, and ensure that defective and good products in the warehouse inventory are effectively handled；
Qualifications
  1. High school degree or above, two years or more of quality management experience in Home appliances; proficient in using office software;
  2. Familiar with the relevant requirements of ISO-9001 system; master the use of QC7 major techniques and tools;
  3. Be able to correctly identify drawings and be proficient in using calipers, angle rulers, micrometers, height gauges and other general testing instruments;
