Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities •Lead the IT department, overseeing system administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, help desk, and ERP support. •Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives, including support for e-commerce, POS, and inventory systems. •Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including AWS migration, cybersecurity protocols, and data privacy compliance. •Collaborate cross-functionally with product, retail, logistics, and marketing teams to support omnichannel initiatives. •Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services. •Establish and track KPIs to ensure IT service levels meet business needs. •Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives. • Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, ideally within retail, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
  3. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  4. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  5. Fluency in Thai and proficiency in English.
  6. IT certifications (CISSP, AWS, ITIL, PMP, etc.)
  7. Experience in a high-growth, innovation-driven company.
  8. Knowledge of POS systems, CRM, and logistics tech integration.
  9. Location : GQ Headquarter
  10. MRT Hua Lamphong
  11. Working day : Monday - Friday
