Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for the supplier resource development, qualification review and evaluation of hardware products (metal parts/tools/mechanical parts), tarp packaging products, electronic accessories (circuit boards/components) and barbecue accessories (grills/stoves) in Southeast Asia 2. Develop procurement plans based on business needs, promote and execute procurement work, achieve procurement goals and cost optimization goals (target cost reduction of 5%-10%) and payment tracking; 3. Monitor price fluctuations of raw materials in Southeast Asia (such as steel, plastic particles, and electronic chips) and provide suggestions for adjusting procurement strategies; 4. Cooperate with the R&D department to participate in new product proofing, ensure that the supplier's technical capabilities match product requirements (such as high temperature resistance testing of barbecue accessories) and formulate supply chain emergency plans.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain management, international trade, mechanical/electronic engineering is preferred, more than 5 years of manufacturing procurement experience, more than 3 years of supplier development experience in Southeast Asia, familiar with hardware, packaging or electronics industry;
  2. Proficient in the entire procurement process (RFQ→contract→delivery→settlement), ISO quality management system and environmental protection regulations in Southeast Asia, and continuously develop and tap potential resources;
  3. Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficient in basic Southeast Asian languages (such as Thai and Vietnamese), excellent negotiation skills, stress tolerance and cross-cultural communication skills;
  4. Candidates holding CIPS (Certification for Purchasing and Supply), PMP and other certificates and familiar with local logistics service providers and customs clearance agents in Southeast Asia are preferred.
