Job Descriptions

Supervise and assist in climbing activities with a focus on participant safety. Provide basic climbing instruction and demonstrations. Assist Head Coach/Coaches in running structured sessions. Lead full beginner sessions. Monitor and enforce climbing gym rules and safety protocols. Support group management and maintain participant engagement with minimal direction. Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment for climbers of all levels. Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and respond appropriately when needed. Serve as a positive role model in both climbing technique and professional conduct. Work Conditions ● Active, physical role within an indoor climbing environment. ● Must be available for regular program schedules, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

Certifications: Current First Aid, CPR, and Safeguard Training certification (current) - not mandatory.
Training: Completion of internal instructor training 5-7 sessions and at least 3 shadowing sessions (by Stonegoat Climbing Gym)
Knowledge: Familiarity with gym rules, emergency procedures, and climbing safety protocols - not mandatory.
Skills: Ability to demonstrate basic climbing and falling techniques; effective group supervision; strong communication and teamwork.
Professional behavior: Energetic, extroverted, and especially good with children.
Attitude: Professional, proactive, inclusive, and coachable.
Language: Fair level of proficiency in both Thai and English is required.
