1.สรรหา คัดเลือกพนักงานที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ ทักษะที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กร
2.ลงประกาศรับสมัครงาน และนัดหมายสัมภาษณ์งาน
3.จัดหาเครื่องมือในการทดสอบผู้สมัคร
4.ตรวจวัดประเมินผลพนักงานหลังรับเข้าทำงาน
5.จัดทำรายงานการสรรหา
6.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- จบสาขาภาษาจีนหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
