Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะสมาชิก -โทรแจ้งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสมาชิก - จัดการคำขอยกเลิกสมาชิกภาพ (Cancellation Requests) -ดูแลดำเนินการ ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสมาชิก รวมถึงพิจารณาแนวทางแก้ไขเพื่อรักษาสมาชิก - ติดตามและตรวจสอบและอำนวยความสะดวกในการชำระเงิน (Billing - โทรบริการสมาชิกใหม่ (Service Calls) ทั้งต้อนรับและแนะนำการใช้งานและฯำเสนอโปรแกรมต่างๆให้แก่สมาชิกใหม่ -ประสานงานให้สมาชิกได้รับเทรนเนอร์ส่วนตัว (PT) และได้รับการดูแลต่อเนื่องในช่วงแรกของการเป็นสมาชิก -จัดการการโอนย้ายสมาชิก (Member Transfers)ทั้งขาเข้าและขาออกอย่างเป็นระบบ - สนับสนุนงานต่างๆของทีม (Operational Support) - ช่วยส่งเสริมกิจกรรม เช่น แคมเปญชวนเพื่อน (Referral), แคมเปญ Personal Trainer (PT), และโครงการอื่น ๆ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาใดก็ได้ (สาขาธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสุขภาพจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริการลูกค้า การบริหารสมาชิก หรือการรักษาลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (หากอยู่ในธุรกิจฟิตเนสหรือสุขภาพจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การติดตามงาน และการโน้มน้าวใจ
  4. ทำงานเป็นระบบ และสามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
  5. มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และระบบ CRM เบื้องต้น
  6. หากเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. หากสามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ Oasis Ratchapruek ได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
