Job Descriptions
1. ลด Downtime ที่ไม่ได้วางแผนล่วงหน้า ของเครื่องจักรสำคัญให้เป็นศูนย์
2. ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามแผนอย่างครบถ้วน 100%
3. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรเสียได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
4. ดูแลระบบสาธารณูปโภค (ลม, น้ำ, ไฟฟ้า, ไอน้ำ) ให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
5. จัดทำใบสั่งงาน และพัฒนาขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน(SOP) อย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- ชอบการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเอง
- สามารถในการปรับปรุงระบบการบำรุงรักษาให้ดีขึ้น
- สามารถแก้ไขสถาณการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ และ สามารถแสดงความเห็นของตัวเองได้
- มีทักษะด้านเอกสาร เช่น เขียนบันทึกซ่อม ดูแล logbook และใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรเสียได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
