Job Descriptions
1. Establish and maintain the company's quality management system. 2. Formulate the company’s quality policies, and monitor the quality of products throughout the entire process. 3. Organize and implement internal audit within the system 4. Guide the business departments to compile the operation instructions and establishing work standards. 5. Establish the company's EHS system and formulating EHS standards. 6. Organize finishing PPAP files for new product. 7. Incoming inspection control. 8. Outgoing inspection control. 9. In process inspection control. 10. Control in process adjustments. 11. Perfect quality system for all department. 12. Responsible for the company's EHS.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Familiar with ISO9000，ITAF16949，AS9100，Six Sigma, and SPC.
  3. Good communication skills in English. (If you can communicate in Chinese, will be given special consideration.)
  4. At least 5 years for QA/QC management experience.
  5. At least 3 years of ESH management experience.
  6. Project management, leadership.
  7. Communication, organizational, team building and leadership.
