Job Descriptions

- Responsible for inspection and maintaining the quality system following to company quality standards and customer specification/requirement. - The Quality Technician is responsible for taking control and measures of products characteristics as defined in the control plan. - Inspecting activity from in process and finished products by following Inspection Standard and Product & Process Audit Frequency Plan. - Prepare and Revise the Inspection Standard and Record and submit it to Quality Engineer for approval. - Participate the 8D problem solving meeting and assist Quality Engineer to organize the status of 8D stage. - Daily quality report to internal customers and management such Quaity Open Issue List, Non- conforming control. - Understand, monitor and act accordingly to support ISO compliance, regulatory requirements, Safety & Quality as implemented by the company. - Maintains documentation, equipment, and work areas in a neat, orderly and safe condition. - Perform standardized quality sampling & checks during production; organize collected data into electronic logbooks, databases, and report variances and non-conformities to quality engineer. - Follow all required identified into relating procedure, work instructions, visual aids and forms as they pertain to Quality, Environment, and Safety. - Assist the Quality Assurance management team with any projects as designated. - Actively participate in continuous improvement, lean practices, six sigma, 5S, safety, environmental. - Understand, monitor and act accordingly to support ISO compliance, regulatory requirements, Safety, Environmental & Quality as implemented by the company.

Qualifications

Must have experience with MS Office and ability to comprehend various quality software suites.
Minimum 3 years post qualfication experience working as QA/QC technician or leader or supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding some Quality Core Tools and QC 7 Tools. Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem.
At least 3 years working relating QA/QC experience by use all inspection equipment / gages especially all calipers, height gages, dial indicators and welding testing measurement.
Strong knowledge on 8D problem solving method.
Strong knowledge on drawing interpretation as basic dimension and GD&T.
