Job Descriptions
- คีย์ใบขนสินค้าขาเข้า ขาออก - ประสานงานลูกค้า ตลอดจนติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานจนแล้วเสร็จ - ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำใบขนสินค้าเข้า (Import & Export entry) และ Shipping Plan Date (Daily Report) - จัดทำเอกสารชุดเบิก รวมถึงค่าโกดัง และค่าแลก DO - จัดทำ Surrendered B/L หรือ Telex Release - จัดเตรียม และยื่นแบบฟอร์มเอกสารให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เคลียร์ของ) - จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆ (Shipping Documents) + Check list Form + จัดชุดเอกสาร (โกดัง, Shipping (ออกของ) - ติดต่อประสานงานกับทาง Freight Forwarder - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ในขอบเขตหน้าที่
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 23-40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช ขึ้นไป
  3. ยินดีต้อนรับคนพร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองไปด้วยกัน
  4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันสูงได้
  5. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน CS EXPORT หรือ IMPORT อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  6. มีความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้
  7. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. เพศ ชาย หรือ หญิง
