What You Will Do:
1. Build and maintain good relationships with clients in industries, research centers, and universities.
2. Understand what customers need and offer the right products and solutions to help them.
3. Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure excellent client service, including handling inquiries and performing preliminary technical troubleshooting.
4. Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations; support the planning and execution of marketing webinars, seminars, and related events.
5. Reach your sales goals and support your team’s success.
6. Compile regular sales reports and participate in review meetings to evaluate progress, align strategies, and address challenges.
