Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: 1. รับผิดชอบในการจัดการกับพัสดุที่เสียหายและสูญหายที่ HUB รวมถึงมาตรฐานความเสียหาย การตรวจสอบ การตัดสิน และการจัดการข้อร้องเรียน 2. จัดการและรายงานข้อมูลคุณภาพ และนับเปอร์เซ็นต์ของพัสดุที่เสียหายและสูญหาย 3. ใส่ใจประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของสมาชิกทีมปฏิบัติการและดูแลให้มีการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการและมาตรฐานการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิผล 4. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป, สามารถสื่อสารสองภาษาคือภาษาจีนระดับ HSK5 ;
  2. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป ผู้สมัครที่มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์/การจัดส่งด่วน/การขนส่ง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. คุ้นเคยกับการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงาน (Excel) และมีพื้นฐานการประมวลผลข้อมูล
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่แข็งแกร่ง และมีความคิดที่ชัดเจนในการแก้ไขปัญหา
  5. สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและมีความต้านทานต่อความเครียดได้ดี
