Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. จัดทำเอกสารเบิกจ่ายเงิน และจัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบสำคัญรับ/ใบสำคัญจ่าย รวมถึงควบคุมระบบเอกสารให้เรียบร้อย
2. จัดทำหนังสือหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด.3, ภงด.53 และสรุปรายงานประจำเดือน ภงด.3,ภงด.53
3. จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย และสรุปรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภพ.30
4. สรุปรายได้ ค่าใช้จ่าย เพื่อจัดทำงบการเงินประจำเดือน/ประจำปี แยกประเภท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีด้านบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 25 - 45 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ได้อย่างดี
- มีทักษาการสื่อสารและประมาณงานที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
