Job Descriptions
•ดูแลและบริหารจัดการร้านค้าออนไลน์บนแพลตฟอร์ม Shopee, Lazada และ TikTok ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนพื้นฐาน เช่น การลงสินค้า ไปจนถึงการวางกลยุทธ์ด้านการตลาดและการโปรโมตร้าน
•วางแผนและประสานงานภายในทีม แบ่งงานและมอบหมายหน้าที่ให้กับพนักงานในแผนก
•มีความสามารถในการวางแผนและจัดทำแผนการตลาดด้วยตนเอง
•ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และกำหนดตำแหน่งทางการตลาดของสินค้า (Market Research & Product Positioning)
•มีความเข้าใจและคุ้นเคยกับระบบการดำเนินงานของทั้ง 3 แพลตฟอร์ม รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียม คอมมิชชั่น และรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ดูแลภาพรวมของการบริการลูกค้าทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย (Pre-sale และ After-sale service)
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานอีคอมเมิร์ซอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

- ต้องมีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ขึ่นไป
- อายุ 20 - 40ปี
