About the role : This is an exciting opportunity to join Von Bundit Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer and exporter of natural rubber in Thailand. In this full-time International Trade & Marketing role based in HQ Phuket, you will be responsible for driving the company's international marketing and trade efforts, with a particular focus on the English or Chinese-speaking markets. What you'll be doing : 1. Exploring the new market and customers in Asia, Middle East, North America, South America and EU markets. 2.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective international customers and partners including regular visits and daily communications. 3.Understand the natural rubber market and its dynamics, familiar with the natural rubber resources, and importer/end-user channels in target countries, develop new markets and trading channels globally. 4.Participate in the formulation and negotiation of procurement and sales contracts, calculate procurement costs, and ensure the reasonable implementation of natural rubber. 5.Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation 6.Track market activity and actively communicate internally to ensure adequate understanding of product fundamentals 7.Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in International Trade, Economics, or Marketing.
Fluency or Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, marketing or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Passion for the agriculture and produce industry, with a good understanding of market trends and customer needs
Based in Phuket with Full-Time work 6 days/week.
